Why should a retailer update their offerings with new glass and crystal products?
Like any industry, old products sometimes become boring or stale. The offering of new products renews interest for customers, especially those that are looking for something unique. That being said, we have found that our classic shapes have continuously been our best sellers, so we believe many consumers want something timeless and classic that can be displayed for years to come. It is a good idea to offer the classic best-sellers but add new products periodically to test demand. At the end of the day, if an award catches your eye, there’s a good chance it will catch your customer’s eye too.
