What influences the changing landscape of digital marketing?


The increase in mobile users alone drives these changes, along with the demographics of a younger generation driving trends in online engagement. It appears that the majority of this younger, mobile-driven audience has little interest in taking any action online if it cannot be achieved through their mobile device. Twenty years ago, the average young adult couldn’t care less about their credit score, for example; but today, when they see a commercial on television featuring a woman doing yoga and checking her credit score through an online service on her iPhone at the same time, suddenly that seems to be a valuable and interesting venture.
