What are some key factors of a successful mobile marketing campaign?


The mobile audience requires speed and ease of use. They want to be able to find what they’re looking for quickly and have to tap a button to take action. Having a mobile-friendly, responsive website design is a major factor in this, but mobile-friendly means nothing without effectively arranging the site to include simple navigation from mobile devices, a call-to-action that is accessible on every screen or in a noticeable menu location, and simplicity applied to contact forms and/or the ordering process.

At a minimum, a mobile marketing campaign can be successful in gaining followers through social media, subscribers to your email lists, click-to-call actions, and methods of getting the user’s attention at another time when they’re away from the mobile connection and using a desktop machine; however, the benefits of being mobile-friendly as a whole are greater when everything can be achieved on the mobile device itself.
