How do you prepare for large-production sandcarving projects?
For large-production sandcarving projects, you cannot do just one piece at a time from A to Z until all are done. Such a job requires a big production setup, meaning that each step has to be performed on all pieces as one step after the other. And in order to be able to do that efficiently, we usually take one or two pieces and go through the necessary steps to establish how we will handle each step, and who is going to do what in order to maximize the use of our time. I know it all sounds simple enough, but we find that each job is unique in some way and requires special attention.
