At the end of December, Rowmark launched a new website that features a modern design and smoother navigation for its customers.
“As Rowmark has expanded its product line in recent years, it became apparent that we needed to update our site as well,” states Mike McBrien, Rowmark lead web developer. “The new site is much easier for customers to navigate and find information. We’ve added predictive search and a cleaner navigation structure to help with that. We’ve also completely revamped our resources section to help customers get the information they need, when they need it.”
About a year ago, the marketing team and web developers at Rowmark started working together on a site map, initial design concepts, mockups, and site wireframes. “We wanted to create a new site that reflected where Rowmark is headed as a company. The desire was to give the site a crisp, clean look that was easy to navigate,” McBrien explains. Rowmark web designers Adrian Wolfe and Joe Hicks created the site from the ground up.
Rowmark wants its customers to see the site as a source for product information and technical help. “It’s also important for customers to be able to quickly find authorized Rowmark distributors across the globe, and this site helps them do that,” McBrien finishes.
Rowmark also plans to add more features that will help customers use its products.
