In a year-end best of list, the Orange County Register includes Roland DGA as a "Top Workplace" in 2016. The annual list recognizes 125 companies and organizations in the California region from diverse categories such as manufacturing, retail, advertising and marketing, and finance.
The newspaper selects companies based on results from a survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, an independent firm that specializes in workplace improvement.
“To be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health,” notes Doug Claffey, CEO of Workplace Dynamics. “And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day; the employees.”
Workplace Dynamics administers the survey to employees who then rate companies based on criteria including employee satisfaction, social responsibility, training, and workplace flexibility. The 2016 survey features participation from more than 27,000 employees.
This year marks the seventh time Roland has earned this distinction, including the 2015 list.
“It’s a great honor to once again receive this kind of recognition, especially knowing that it comes from our employees,” says Andrew Oransky, president of Roland DGA. “We strive to create and maintain an open, inclusive environment that motivates, inspires, and enables everyone who works here to reach their full potential.”
