THE NBM SHOW Hosts START HERE Academy in Indianapolis June 10

THE NBM SHOW hosts the first-ever START HERE Academy in Indianapolis on June 10 from 4–8 p.m. The educational conference takes place the night before the start of THE NBM SHOW at the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium.

The START HERE Academy shares its name with the NBM publication designed as a roadmap for business owners and hobbyists looking to branch out or start fresh with a new venture.

The 101-level educational conference provides valuable start-up resources for makers and crafters interested in turning their hobby into a business, and for those looking to add new profit centers in related markets to their business.

During the class, enrollees receive information on popular production methods for apparel decoration, personalization, signs, and digital graphics.

This night-school style conference provides attendees a chance to exchange ideas, explore new products, workshop their challenges, and hear from industry influencers regarding today’s craft business market. Food and refreshments are included.

The June 10 event features the following presenters:

As a wife, mother, and business owner, Gotcher says her goal is to “share knowledge about adhesive and heat-transfer vinyl and other related projects in a positive and fun way that even beginners can grasp.”
