Mimaki Holds Grand Opening for new Midwest Technology Center

Suwanee, Georgia-based Mimaki USA, makers of wide-format inkjet printers and cutters, recently held a grand opening at its new Midwest Region Technology Center in Franklin, Wisconsin, near Milwaukee. The event featured an official ribbon cutting and a traditional Japanese Kagami Biraki ceremony.

Led by Regional Manager Ross Esenberg, the Mimaki sales, support, and service teams welcome all to the new Midwest facility, which offers hands-on experience with the latest inkjet printing technologies. The 16,585-square-foot technology center is the site of product demonstrations, dealer technician certification courses, open houses, and Mimaki “Microfactory” events. A showroom is also available for visitors to view samples of the many types of applications possible using Mimaki’s printers and cutters.
