IKONICS Imaging Grows Its Customer Support Team

IKONICS Imaging welcomes Josh Munter to its team as customer support representative and event coordinator. In this hybrid role, Munter will work directly with the company’s sales team supporting current customers and potential customers with a detailed look at the profitability of the sandcarving business. He will also be coordinating trade show and school events for all divisions of IKONICS Corporation.    

Originally from Fosston, Minnesota, Munter enters his new position with a background in youth development, and business and finance.  He has worked in various fields ranging from automotive sales and service to outdoor recreation as a snowboarding instructor.

“Josh has a strong background in sales and customer service, a proven record in previous work prior to IKONICS,” says Michael Sullivan, marketing manager. “He’s driven, welcomes multitasking, and truly enjoys being part of a team.”

Munter says, “IKONICS has a long-standing reputation in the Duluth area. They take care of their customers by providing exceptional customer service, and provide their employees with what is needed to be able to live a well-balanced life.”

He adds, “I look forward to supporting our customers in their day-to-day needs, as well as providing quality assistance to our different sales teams.”
