Tiffany Proctor joins the Heat Transfer Warehouse Jacksonville, Florida location as order fulfillment specialist. She is primarily responsible for picking orders in a timely and accurate manner, but also works to ensure product is restocked, CSR orders are reassigned to other locations in the case that material is unavailable, operations are running smoothly at other HTW locations, material is cut according to order, labels are printed as needed, and orders are shipped fast and accurately before the daily deadline.
Prior to entering this position, Proctor was a high school student in the local district. She is currently enrolled in continuing education to become an x-ray technician and says she has three more classes to complete before starting radiology school.
Proctor says the biggest challenge she anticipates from this role is maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment, though she is confident that she can “help this company be more successful every day.” She explains, “My attention to detail will help keep return orders down and help us maintain a 100 percent accuracy rating for orders sent out.”
