Freeman-CMA announces the addition of two customer care specialists to its growing team at the corporate headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey. Julio Tancun and Melanie Mendes’ mission is to reduce call-wait time and better service customers over the phone.
Tancun is fluent in Spanish and will assist the sales team with international customers. He comes to Freeman-CMA with prior experience working in customer service call centers.
Commenting on his new position, Tancun says, "I am excited for the opportunity to work with customers in the United States as well as our customers around the globe."
Also fluent in Spanish, with the addition of Greek, Mendes joins the company with a background in management. She says, "I like the experience of working in such a friendly industry."
