Epilog Challenge Returns for the Ninth Time

Epilog Laser announces its contest, the Epilog Challenge, is back for round nine on the Instructables website, an online project-sharing community that provides publishing tools to help creatives share their projects, recipes, skills, and ideas. The purpose of the contest, according to Epilog, is to show off the best laser cutting projects.

The contest is now open and runs through March 19. One grand prize winner will receive a 30-watt Zing 16 Laser, vector cutting grid, and air compressor from Epilog.

Last year’s winner produced Arduino Data Glasses that connect to Owon Multimeter Software. Learn more about the project here, or search top projects from previous challenges.

“The annual Epilog Challenge has been a favorite event of ours for nearly a decade,” says Mike Dean, vice president of sales and marketing. “Year after year, we see some of the most creative and innovative projects come to fruition. We can’t wait to see what the ninth installment brings.”

Cloude Porteus, director, Instructables at Autodesk, adds, “The Epilog contests always inspire talented authors to share their most outstanding projects and we’re excited to start the New Year by working with the company to bring the ninth annual Epilog Challenge to Instructables.”
