Crystal D, a supplier of corporate awards and gifts, hires two new employees and promotes one. The new hires are part of the customer service department.
Matt Boyles and Dee Xiong were hired as order entry specialists. They are responsible for entering customer orders promptly and accurately before handing them over to the order managers.
Tawauna Garner moves to the order manager role from her position as order entry specialist. She is responsible for ensuring orders move through the production process and works with customers once orders are in-house.
“I’m excited to see the customer service team expanding due to growing sales,” says Jake Calleja, customer service manager. “I’m confident that the additions to the customer service team will provide the same level of customer service as our existing team, all of whom are still with us. Our customers are in great hands.”
