2 Regular Guys Podcast Hosts Hands-On Digital Decorating Workshop

The 2 Regular Guys Podcast is bringing the fun and education of its podcasts to digital decorators with a hands-on two-day workshop, the New World of Digital Decorating, on February 24-25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Mind’s Eye Graphics, 1019 W. Commerce Drive, Decatur, Indiana. Sponsored by Epson, Mind’s Eye Graphics and Equipment Zone, the event features podcast hosts and industry experts Aaron Montgomery and Terry Combs, who will provide hands-on training for direct-to-garment and sublimation decoration.

According to Montgomery, the seminar will explore these digital decoration techniques, creating artwork, and the best application of each of the methods. The in-depth session will also provide attendees with cost and pricing information, as well as marketing tips and niche market suggestions. A class on business management will also be presented by Greg Kitson, industry veteran and host for the event. A hands-on segment of the workshop will allow attendees to use their own files for decorating.

“This 2 Regular Guys seminar is for anyone interested in beginning a new business or expanding a current business to include sublimation or direct-to-garment decorations,” Montgomery says.

Seating is limited to 32 students. A meet-and-greet event will be held at the Mind’s Eye Graphics facility on the evening of Thursday, February 23. Following the first day of the two-day event, attendees are welcome to a barbecue dinner. Lunch will be provided both days.

The fee for the two-day class is $199 with a 10 percent discount for each additional attendee from the same company. Sign up by February 3 and save $50 for the first attendee with an additional $25 discount for each employee from the same company.
