- Blank award or plaque
- Printed transfer and scissors
- Sublimation printer (RIP printing software)
- Small swing-away heat press set to 400 degrees F (heat gloves—optional; heat tape)
- Blowout paper
- Cloth for cleaning and all-purpose cleaner (rubbing alcohol)
Step One: First, clean and remove film from award. Next, line up and center it to the transfer. If the award has an ogee edge, be sure to look at the award where it meets the transfer closely to make sure they align. Tape the transfer to the back of the award.
Step Two: Flip the award and transfer over and crease the edges to make sure the bleed lines up. Place in heat press at 400 degrees F for 1:30-1:45. Time may vary based on equipment. Allow to cool, remove transfer, and hang award or display with a stand.
Step One: First, clean and remove film from plaque. Next, line up and center the plaque to the transfer. Tape edges of the transfer to the back or tape the plaque flat on the transfer.
Step Two: Press at 400 degrees F for 1:05-1:10. Time may vary based on equipment Allow to cool, remove transfer and hang to display.
