We've surveyed readers everywhere to find out just how business is in the awards and engraving industry. Following, we look at some numbers from the team sales market. Specifically, this section explores the general sales patterns for team sports items. 

While sports change with each season, 47.2% of shops report selling team sales items all year long.

  • 10.5% report selling the most team sales products in the first quarter.
  • 30.7% report selling the most team sales products in the second quarter.
  • 37.0% report selling the most team sales products in the third quarter.
  • 9.7% report selling the most team sales products in the fourth quarter.

Of responding participants, 40% report that team sales apparel makes up the majority of their business. Nearly 17% of those selling awards and ID products attribute the majority of their business to the team sales market.
