Ensure that your laser is in peak operating condition by performing the routine maintenance regularly, according to the maintenance schedule recommended by the manufacturer. Maintenance can include but is not limited to:
- Cleaning all mirrors, lenses, and optics, and replacing if necessary.
- Ensuring proper laser beam alignment between all mirrors, lenses, and optics within all four corners of the laser bed.
- Measuring laser power output of the laser tube and replacing the laser tube if necessary.
- Cleaning and maintaining all shafts, rails, bearings, pulleys, and other moving parts especially pertaining to the movement of the laser head.
