Here is a quick tip to help you line up small items to your sublimation transfer paper. If you have, say, a 3"x2" name badge, and you only have text on the badge, start your design by making a line rectangle that is 3.1"x2.1". Then lay out your text and/or logo inside the rectangle. When you print out the transfer to the badge, or hopefully a full page of badges, you just have to lay the paper on a table face up. Place the blank badge face down, center it in the rectangle, and tape it in position. Turn it over onto your press, and voila. Works great.
