When you see lines running across a printed transfer, that’s horizontal banding. Possible causes include:

  1. An incomplete nozzle check-up
  2. Wrong driver settings
  3. Printer out of alignment
  4. Computer is not sending information fast enough
  5. Encoder wheel needs cleaning

Call your sublimation supplier’s tech support department for assistance in determining which problem you have and how to correct it.
