We usually engrave around 25 red apples every year for a local school district, and we just use our cylindrical setting on our Newing-Hall rotary machine. It's very simple. I’m not sure why many people don’t seem to realize you can engrave all sorts of materials besides glass, plastic and metal with a standard machine. We also do wood, marble and occasionally granite.
