JDS Industries has sublimatable koozies for cans, bottles and water bottles.  These insulating foam koozies are sublimatable on both sides.  The can koozies hold a standard 12 oz. aluminum beverage can.  The bottle koozies are shaped like a jersey and fit over the top of most 12 oz. beverage bottles.
