R.S. Owens Hires Allison Schaffer For National Customer Care

 

Scott Siegel, President and Owner of R.S. Owens, announces the hiring of Allison Schaeffer as the new National Customer Care Manager. Schaeffer will be responsible for keeping the customer service and sales teams in the forefront of the awards and recognition business. She will represent R.S. Owens at industry events.
Prior to her position at R.S. Owens, Schaeffer was the Vice President of Sales for The Sound Line.
“I am really excited by the opportunity to be a part of the R.S. Owens, as well as joining a dynamic team that will take the R.S. Owens brand to the next level,” says Schaeffer.
Her goal will be to bring the R.S. Owens recognition, awards and gifts line new exposure with customers. She plans on showing the Made in the U.S. product array that R.S. Owens offers.
Siegel states, “We are thrilled to add Allison to our team. We wanted someone with industry experience, a small business background and a customer-centric mentality as well as an exuberant personality. Allison is all or more than we hoped to find!”
