For the sixth consecutive year,
A&E Magazine will partner with the
International Marking & Identification Association (IMIA) for the association’s annual Convention & Trade Show. The convention will take place in conjunction with
The NBM Show, September 8-10, 2011, at the Baltimore Convention Center, Baltimore, Maryland.
The NBM Show, sponsored by A&E, Sign & Digital Graphics and Printwear magazines, is an event for buyers involved in awards, recognition products, engraving, custom gifts, and dye-sublimation—as well as promotional products, sign making, digital printing, screen printing and decorated apparel. With its long history of serving graphics industry professionals, The NBM Show offers unique opportunities for attendees to network with peers, examine new product exhibitions and participate in one of the industry’s leading events for learning about new markets—markets that look to graphics professionals for their critical imaging needs.

“We welcome the addition of the
IMIA Convention & Trade Show”, says
Dave Pomeroy, publisher of
A&E and
Printwear magazines. “It’s a perfect fit with
The NBM Show. Like us, they work hard to further the industry. Our partnership with
IMIA provides for a larger, more diverse trade show experience for both
IMIA members and exhibiting and attending members at the Baltimore event.”
Steve Hewitt, executive director of IMIA says, “This show has it all. Not only our core marking suppliers, but nearly 100 other related products and processes our members can make and sell that ‘fit’ in their companies with little adaptation. The seminars help educate them on the how to.”
“We believe that IMIA members will be pleased to find a broad selection and ample opportunities for growth in the related graphics markets represented at The NBM Show,” Pomeroy adds.
The Baltimore event, as with all NBM Shows in 2011, will include an expanded Education Conference comprised of more than 50 seminars and workshops that will take place over the course of four days, starting Wednesday, September 7, and continuing through Saturday, September 10.
