Jackson Marking Products has announced that a general price increase on equipment for making stamps will take effect on April 2, 2012. This is the first general price increase on equipment since March 1, 2008. Increases will range from 5% to 10%.
The continuing rise in the cost of steel, copper, transportation and labor have necessitated the increase.
JMP manufactures several lines of equipment for stamp makers:
• The Polymer Plus line includes exposure and washout equipment for liquid, pouch and sheet photopolymers.
• The Precision Press line of vulcanizers for molding matrix, rubber and gel range from 9”x12” to 15” x 24” platen sizes.

• A variety of die cutting machines, handle drilling and centering systems, wood mount indexing equipment and related items are also offered.
