Universal Laser Systems® Awarded U.S. Patent For Pass-Through Option

Universal Laser Systems, Inc. (ULS) has been awarded U.S. Patent No. 7,723,638 for its Pass-Through option on the Industrial Laser Series (ILS) line of laser engraving and cutting solutions. The pass-through option on the ILS allows for CDRH compliant conversion of the laser system from a Class 1 laser system to a Class 4 laser system.
Rowmark Appoints Tom Hogan As CFO

Rowmark LLC has appointed Tom Hogan as CFO. In his new position, Hogan will oversee all domestic and international finance and accounting functions for Rowmark and other divisions within the company.
“Tom has extensive experience in finance, analytics and international business, which will be a tremendous asset to our business,” said Duane Jebbett, Rowmark President & CEO.
Most recently, Hogan was CFO at Findlay Industries, a producer of interior trim components in the automotive and heavy truck industry.
